Located in Northern Colorado, DEEP DOWN was designed from 2021-2023, and construction was completed in 2024. Built to commercial recording standard in all systems from isolation + acoustic design through electrical + HVAC. Designed from the ground up and fully tuned by Mathias Schlachter.

RECORDING

I generally book about 3 months out for tracking, and quote this on a case-by-case basis. It takes about 10 working days to cut a full length with me. I normally mix and master everything I record after the fact.

MIXING

Remote mixing is something I handle often. I generally do a per-song rate based on the material.

MASTERING

I master remotely all the time. It's something that informs my production from the ground up. I have no real genre-lines with this, and work on all sorts of music. I can provide any necessary files for distribution/manufacturing other than cut-files.

STUDIO RENTAL

My studio is available for rental at a competitve day rate without an engineer. Live room, Iso, CR, Lounge, and bathroom in a detached structure.
